fresh, delicate, beautiful lion's mane (hericium erinaceus) expertly grown and harvested by us at our tiny farm. lion's mane is coveted for it's delicious lobster/crab-like taste and it's neuro-regenerative and anti-inflammatory properties. we ship our fresh lion's mane using a tracked next day service, and to guarantee freshness, please allow 1-3 business days for dispatch, so that we can ship product picked the same day. we ship monday-thursday, so deliveries arrive between tuesday and friday.
