fresh king oyster mushrooms

beautiful, fresh king oyster mushrooms, grown and harvested by us on our tiny farm. these lovely mushrooms have a gorgeous umami taste, and can perfectly imitate fried scallops! we love them sliced up and fried with butter, salt & pepper, and some garlic right at the end before them come out of the pan! the shelf life is a good week, when stored in the fridge.
