Delicious fresh Shiitake mushrooms are one of our favourites because of their distinctive umami flavour. Picked fresh at the perfect moment of ripeness, they keep well in the fridge - up to 10 days. Our Shiitakes will be shipped beautifully fresh which is when we believe they're at their very best. (I always stop and look, with a slight feeling of smugness, at the soggy, old, pale ones in the supermarkets)
